Had a new unit installed but it was having issues. I called Air solutions and they assigned Auston to come out and figure out what was wrong and fix the issue. He was on time and quickly figured out where the issue was and explained what needed to be done to me. The part had to be ordered and air solutions sent him out again to install the part. He quickly installed the part and I wasn’t charged because I am under warranty. Very happy with the service I have received.
Our AC had gone out on a Thursday night, we called a couple businesses on Friday morning and they couldn’t make it out until the middle of the following week. It was over 80 degrees in our house and we have two kids, so we called Aire Solutions on Saturday morning and they were out within 30 minutes! Nathan S. had our AC working quickly and was very kind and informative. Thank you Nathan and Aire Solutions!
I woke up this morning and noticed our heat was not turning on. I called Aire Solutions as soon as I was certain there was a problem and they had a technician out within an hour and found the problem in just a few minutes and we were back up and running. Thanks to Colby!!! He did a great job!! They have been maintaining our system since we moved in and we have always been satisfied with their service!!!
Had our generator installed early this summer, they did a good job keeping the site clean and putting everything back the way it was when they started. Had an oil leak show up this week, I called, and the tech was here the next morning to fix it. I was told he would be here between 8 and 10. Terry was here at 8:05. He found the problem, made a temporary fix, and ordered the parts for a permanent fix. So far, the service has been excellent.
My friends got new ac/heater pump from Aire Solution. Eric Knotts and his partner did a great job took the old one out and installed the new one in. Protected the kitchen floor doing their work and cleaned up all their mess inside and outside of the house. They did a great job! I recommend AIR SOLUTION!
These folks did a great job installing a new 5 zone split unit on an older house for us. Everyone we worked with was friendly & professional, and they didn’t mind at all coming back out a month after install to take a look at some things & make some adjustments for us.
